Adojo Referral Program Terms

These Adojo Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) govern your participation in the Adojo Referral Program. The Referral Terms are in addition to any agreements between you and Adojo, including the Adojo Terms and Conditions, as applicable (collectively, the “Adojo Terms”). The Adojo Terms are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in the Adojo Referral Program, including, if necessary, to resolve any disputes between you and Adojo related to or arising out of the Referral Program.​​

Participation in the Adojo Referral Program

Eligibility

To participate in the Adojo Referral Program, you must be a registered user of Adojo. Your participation is subject to Adojo’s acceptance, and Adojo reserves the right to terminate or modify the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

Referral Promo Code

Each registered user of Adojo will receive a unique promo code that can be accessed in their settings menu within the app. This promo code can be shared with potential new users through any form of public or private communication.

Benefits for Referred Users

Discount

New users who register for an Adojo account using a referral promo code will receive a $10 USD discount on their subscription. This discount amount is subject to change at Adojo’s sole discretion.

Compliance

Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those governing marketing and advertising practices, such as the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines.

Ethical Standards

Participants are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in their promotional activities. Any fraudulent or unethical behavior, including but not limited to spamming, misrepresentation, or misuse of promo codes, will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding benefits.

Program Changes

Adojo reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program, including the discount amount and these Referral Terms, at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will become effective immediately upon posting on the Adojo website.

Limitation of Liability

Adojo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Referral Terms, whether or not Adojo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Referral Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Adojo Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Referral Terms.
