Adojo Affiliate Program Terms

These Adojo Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the Adojo Affiliate Program. The Affiliate Terms are in addition to any agreements between you and Adojo, including the Adojo Terms and Conditions, as applicable (collectively, the “Adojo Terms”). The Adojo Terms are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in the Adojo Affiliate Program, including, if necessary, to resolve any disputes between you and Adojo related to or arising out of the Affiliate Program.

Participation in the Adojo Affiliate Program

 

Eligibility

To participate in the Adojo Affiliate Program, you must complete the application process and be accepted into the program by Adojo. Adojo reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

 

Unique Promo Code

As an Adojo affiliate, you'll receive a unique promo code to share with your community through any form of public or private communication, including social media, newsletters, flyers, and more.

 

Promo Code Benefits

 

For Subscribers

The Adojo promo code offers new subscribers an immediate 10% discount on their Adojo subscription. This discount applies to at least the first year of their subscription. The adjusted amount will be charged after a free trial period, currently set to one week.

 

Affiliate Earnings

 

Commission

Affiliates earn a $20 USD commission for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful if the new subscriber:

  • Does not cancel their subscription before the end of the trial period.

  • Does not request a refund within the first month.

 

Commission Payouts

Timing

Commission payouts will occur between 30 to 60 days after the new subscriber applies the affiliate’s promo code.

 

Payment Method

Commissions will be paid via the payment method specified in your affiliate account. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment information is accurate and up to date.

 

Program Requirements

Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those governing marketing and advertising practices, such as the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guidelines.

 

Ethical Standards

Affiliates are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards in their promotional activities. Any fraudulent or unethical behavior, including but not limited to spamming, misrepresentation, or misuse of promo codes, will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

 

Brand Representation

Adojo reserves the right to review and request the removal of any post or communication that misrepresents our brand or is deemed inappropriate. Affiliates must adhere to Adojo's brand guidelines and represent the company in a positive and accurate manner.

 

Termination

By Adojo

Adojo reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time and for any reason, including for breach of these Affiliate Terms or any other agreement between you and Adojo.

By Affiliate

You may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by providing written notice to Adojo.

Miscellaneous

 
Changes to Affiliate Terms

Adojo reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates and will become effective immediately upon posting on the Adojo website.

Limitation of Liability

Adojo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Affiliate Terms, whether or not Adojo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Adojo Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.
